BOOKING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Confirmation: after your booking, you’ll receive a formal confirmation by email. It is understood that the person making the reservation is acting on behalf of all group members.
- The balance of the stay will be paid upon arrival. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or cash.

- for pet owners: a supplement of € 15,00 is required for cleaning.

Small and medium-sized pets are welcome with an extra charge of € 15.00 for cleaning
Upon arrival a security deposit of € 150,00 might be requested. The security deposit is required as a guarantee against any possible damage to the structure or equipment and will be refunded in full on departure, except for damage or loss of equipment.

Check in time is between 16.00 and 19.00.
Check out time is within 10.00 am.

Fattoria Monte Baldo cannot be held responsible for unfortunate accidents or incidents that may occur while you are on the property or because non-registered guests have been on the property. Guests assume responsibility to supervise children and non-registered visitors. Fattoria Monte Baldo cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss of property occurred during the stay.
LIABILITY OF THE GUEST
As a guest, you agree not to allow the use of rooms rented to people beyond the maximum number allowed. Please inform us of any problems in the house, as well as of any loss or damage of the items provided or damage to the property, as soon as they occur and at the end of the stay. This allows us to solve the problem in time before new customers arrive. You also agree to pay for any loss or damage caused during the stay. You agree to be a respectful renter and to take care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay. Although the final cleaning is included in our prices, the owner reserves the right to charge your credit card for any additional cleaning if the rented unit is returned in a clearly unacceptable condition.
